The Beautiful, Full Toy Story 3 Trailer Appears

It’s likely that Disney and Pixar didn’t intend for the full Toy Story 3 trailer to be online this early, but that’s not really our problem. It has appeared on YouTube, and we’ve got it embedded for your viewing pleasure below. Just keep this on the low, alright?

Currently playing with the Toy Story 3D Double Feature, the new full-length trailer gives us our first look at the story of the long-awaited third frame. Andy is leaving for college and the toys are getting donated to a local daycare center. And once again, Woody and Buzz (voiced by Tom Hanks and Tim Allen, respectively) must lead the toys on an epic adventure to escape and find their way back home.

It looks like every-bit the escape adventure that we’ve come to expect from this series, and I don’t think anyone is going to argue that the animation is beautiful. I love the little touch with the archival footage at the beginning that fades into that lone shot of Woody. If you are yet to see it, you should try and check it out in 3D. That moment displays the spectacular crispness and depth that Pixar has achieved with 3D. But enough talk, just watch the trailer for yourself below before it gets pulled from YouTube.

Toy Story 3 is due in theaters June 18, 2010.

    First off Randy Newman can sing about anything & make it catchy.. the dude is a class act. 2nd the whole Buzz in Spanish just shows you how that didnt have to many ideas floating around.

    ~ "Returne of the astro-nut"! That is sooo funny. and the Buzz speaking spanish was funny too. to bad the regular voice of Slinkky died. ~ I can't wait for it to come out. and I already have some 3D shades to watch it with.
  • I absolutely love this. I can almost guarantee people will be crying in this film. The poignancy of aging and going away, and letting go, could be done really well here. And I don't mind the Spanish Buzz thing, could be pretty funny. Give it a chance first.

    Damn you, Pixar, for being so awesome.

    When I heard that Pixar was working on this 2 years ago, I was excited. Now to see a preview of it...amazing. I can't wait to see it. I hope to be working there one day, too.
