Posted by Neil Miller (neil@filmschoolrejects.com) on November 25, 2008

Creative marketing is all the rage these days, and while this isn’t the most creative thing we’ve seen this year it is pretty damned cool. The folks behind McG’s Terminator Salvation have released a brand new flash-driven poster for the film that shows the progression of Los Angeles over the course of a few years in the future. As you might imagine, L.A.’s landscape changes a bit as the machines begin to take over.

To get the full effect of the poster you should really click here and check out the animated version. Spoiler alert, the end result can be seen below:

  • That's pretty awesome. I think this is my most anticipated film of next year. Even above Watchmen.

Thanks for the spoiler alert... if not for your warning, I possibly have seen that HUGE POSTER you put up right bellow the alert and spoiled the surprise !!

    Looks cool though...
  • Can't wait, but its not working. Could this be because its on the Sony site which is handling worldwide distribution and not the Warner Bros. site which is doing the US? I live in the US...
