Brilliant! I thought I liked the Weinsteins, but then I read this and realized just how many cinematic atrocities they have accumulated. How sad that such seminal figures in the indie/arthouse movement would seemingly sell out their “values.”

It is great to live in our society where the right to protest according to our convictions is protected by the Law of the Land.
When we see values being flushed down the toilet, are we to keep silent?
Of course not, we are a people of revolution against what we find intolerable.
I am so glad that we are a free thinking people able to see beyond the mask of “theatricks” and discover the agenda is twisted and will twist those not choosing to hear the truth and see the obvious.

I agree with everything you say. Glad I’m not the only one who thought Harvey Weinstein had lost it. I was also suspicious that the Weinsteins bought the Oscars — quite a change from when I once believed they were the replacement for Merchant Ivory.
