Stuff You Need: Mondo Tees’ Badasses T-Shirts

As a resident of Austin, Texas I generally take for granted the fact that I can get in my car and drive to the Alamo Drafthouse and buy things from Mondo Tees. It is one of the perks of living in the epicenter of geekdom. That’s right, I said it. Epicenter of geekdom. Anyway, whether or not you live here in Central Texas is irrelevant, because I think we can all agree that you should be hitting up the Mondo website and checking out the new line of “Badass Cinema” shirts designed by Mark Todd. These spectacular shirts feature some of the most badass characters from movie history — from “Death ‘N Denim” Chuck Norris to “Bug Stomper” Ellen Ripley to Robocop.

I have the Badass Cinema with Godzilla in my wardrobe (next to my red Flash logo t-shirt). I was lucky enough to get it when I made my pilgramage from Houston to the my mecca: the downtown Drafthouse. They have two Alamos in Houston (no Mondo Tees!), but it can't compare to the Ritz! I don't know whether to call you "Lucky" or "Selfish" for having it at your conveinence!
