A Venom solo movie? If it anything like his solo comic, it should suck consistently and have really shiny movie posters.

hmmm, i dont know it’s very hard to write a script for a movie where the main character is a villian thats not a mob movie, espcially venom since all he really does is follow spiderman around and trash stuff. its not like he sells drugs or is some crazy assasin, i feel carnage would be more suitable for a spinoff movie, less is known about him in comics and in the spiderman world and therefore easier to make up a story that wont dissapoint fans.

I’d definitely check out a Venom film, seeing how I avoided Spiderman 3 for all the negative words I’ve heard about it reguarding the character. Heck, I wouldn’t even mind if they went in the whole “Lethal Protector” direction. Sorta like making him an alien suited version of The Punisher.

Though, it would be great to see him go up against Carnage.
