Singer Returns for Superman Returns Sequel

In some great news today, IESB has confirmed that Bryan Singer will be back to direct Man of Steel, the next installment in the Superman franchise.
Singer was a primary reason why Superman Returns was such an incredible movie, so it’s great to see him on board for another go-round. Unfortunately, with Michael Doughtery and Dan Harris out as scribes, there is some question as to who will be filling Clark Kent’s and Lois Lane’s mouths with dialog. While our very own Neil Miller has offered to fill Lois Lane’s mouth with dialog, we’re hoping someone a bit more accomplished in the writing field will be handling it.
Some speculation from IESB: Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman (Transformers, Star Trek) might be penning the script after several alleged meetings with the studio brass.
All in all, a lot of exciting news, and a lot to be excited about regarding this franchise. I’m sure we’ll all be looking forward to the next time that Superman returns to the big screen.
Stay tuned, Reject Nation, for developments as they arise.
