Sea to Become Deeper, Bluer, Sharkier, in Sequel
In Development By Robert Fure on August 20, 2008 | (20) Comments
If you’re a real man, you’ve already pieced together that I’m talking about Deep Blue Sea 2, the recently semi-revealed Direct to DVD project from Warner Premiere. Yes, the same guys that decided The Lost Boys needed a sequel, but at least this time the original was still made within the last decade.
MovieHole.net indicates a source at the studio revealed to them that this will be their next project – so nothing official, who knows where this one will end up. All I know is that sharks are awesome but shark movies suck about 8 times out of 10.
Don’t expect any returning cast, as this flick probably won’t have much of a budget behind it. I’m just hoping for lots of big ass sharks taking bites out of little ass people. Also, boobies. Stay tuned for more. Reports of LL Cool J’s hat still being like a shark fin are unconfirmed. If you get that joke, I love you.
