SDCC: Ninja Assassin Trailer and Poster Debut

Right in advance of day one of Comic-Con, the folks at Warner Bros. have released the first trailer and teaser poster for their upcoming action film Ninja Assassin.
Directed by James McTeigue (V for Vendetta), Ninja Assassin follows the story of an orphaned boy who is raised to become one of the world’s deadliest assassins. But after he is betrayed by his own, he becomes the target of a lethal manhunt. It stars Rain, Naomie Harris, Ben Miles, Sho Kosugi and Rick Yune.
As you will see below in the trailer, courtesy of MTV, this movie has all the makings of something totally badass — some wicked action sequences, badass ninja moves and flying stars — who doesn’t love flying stars?! Also, this movie has a very Wachowski Brothers feel to it, and rightfully so as the brothers who brought us The Matrix are producing alongside Joel Silver. Have a look for yourself below.
