Among those who actually made it to San Diego today for the start of Comic-Con International, our friends at /Film have hit the ground running and have begun to snap some pics from the area around the San Diego Convention Center. /Film Editor Peter Sciretta has already posted a few photos of an MNU truck that has been cruising the streets of San Diego. MNU is the government agency in charge of keeping aliens and humans apart in Neill Blomkamp’s District 9.

Check out the image above, and click over to /Film for the hi-res images. They’ve also have some cool viral marketing banners for the upcoming Roland Emmerich film 2012, an example of which can be seen below.
