Scream 4 Will Be In 3D, But Will Wes Craven Direct?
Movie News By Bethany Perryman on October 24, 2009 | (4) Comments
Bloody Disgusting is reporting tonight that Scream IV will be shot in 3D. They’ve got a tip-off from the Weinstein company, but who’s to say what’s true? I guess this 3D fad is in full-force, even with the genre films.
Another rumor from the same source says that Wes Craven is “closer than ever” to returning to the franchise to direct. With confirmed roles (although maybe not more than cameos, we don’t know for sure) for Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, and David Arquette, a return to Craven would be well worth it. Currently, Scream IV is slated to focus on a younger generation of characters.
Wes Craven recently wrapped direction on the serial-killer-birthday-party-horror-thriller 25/8.
What do you think? Wanna start any other good rumors?
