We’ve always been fans of Scarlett Johansson, especially when she is doing sexy stuff like making out with Penelope Cruz. In fact, ever since she popped onto our radar after Ghost World, we have always held her in the highest regard — of sexiness, that is.

ScarJo’s newest project is the Will Eisner adaptation The Spirit, the solo directorial effort of the legendary Frank Miller. Late last week we brought you a few photos that we shouldn’t have had in the first place, some that included Ms. Johansson and her hotness alongside Samuel L. Jackson and his wicked fur coat, but we were forced to take them down rather abruptly (Thanks Lionsgate). Again today, we find ourselves with pictures that we know we shouldn’t really have, but we are going to publish them anyway. Why? Because they show Scarlett in her sexy nurse costume, that’s why… Take a look for yourself below, and be sure to click to enlarge.

The Spirit hits theaters on January 16, 2009. We are told that there will be a trailer released in about 11 days. At least, that is what this cool little widget tells us:
