Say Cheese: Kristen Stewart Unzips for ‘The Runaways’

While a lot of the film site buzz seems to be surrounding the actress who isn’t old enough to buy a beer legally getting nude or playing a stripper or something for Meet the Rileys, I find it much more appealing for Kristen Stewart to show a little skin the lazy way. The Al Bundy way. It’s not sexy – it’s just a flippant disregard for finishing the dressing process in the morning.

And finally, we get to see a picture of her as slovenly such, alongside Twilight: OMG Moon co-star Dakota Fanning (who I am convinced is actually Woody Harrelson doing some serious method work) in the upcoming flick The Runaways.

Rope of Silicon has an even bigger, clearer image as well as the news that Apparition has picked up the film and will drop it in our laps in march. We all, deep down, wanted a biopic of Joan Jett, but will we be alright with it coming from Kristen Stewart?

Sure. Why not?

Punk rock is for the young anyway. The young and the unzipped.

    this movie looks awsome as. kristen is great for the role of Joan, she's a godd as actress. dakota looks great in the costums they have for her, same with the rest of the cast. trailer is awsome, but would like t c more in it. can't wait. watched trailer heaps of times. love kristen n dakota, fab actresses. going t see it with my best friend. :) go girls woop woop!

    Lita Ford and Joan Jett, what more can you ask for in a Movie, both had led lives that could make movies unto themselves. I can't wait for this to come out.

    I just might see this movie. I was always more of a Lita Ford fan, I could care less about the other girls in band. I don't even know who's playing her in this movie. Still might check it out. I'm not a big fan of KS, but she doesn't bother me that much.

    plus if you doubt kristen then that's your problem. Kristen is a great actress and if you think she isn't capable to play Joan well she is the ONLY ONE who Joan Wanted to play her!!!

    Shes American. Drinking age is 21.

    Kristen has played the same depressing girl in every movie she has ever been in. She has beaten that horse like Michael Vick beats dogs. Even in her best role in Adventureland, she still is only playing a variation of her brooding empty self.

    Her career life-span is dwindling. Twilight will be her peak.
    These comments seem to be dominated by twilight fans, rather than cinema fans. Big difference.

    She might redeem herself in this, who knows, but from what I've seen in her recent work it is not very likely.

    kristen stewart truly is an amazing actress, she has at least 20 movies under her belt,an shes only 19 years old,I truly believe she is the best thing that has happened in hollywood in a long time. I wish her all best. she should have been nominated for an oscar for her role in the cake eaters amazing work.

    I live in the state of NC and I can legally buy BEER!!!!!!! I can't buy VODKA legally!!!! That is what I'm saying!!!!
  • I understand every word you just said. In NJ, most stores that sell booze are specifically liquor stores, not allowed to be sold in food stores. Thats why I said liquor, I apologize for confusing you.

    Again I will re-state, It is federal law that no person can buy any type of alcohol, including beer, under the age of 21. I looked up north carolina laws just to be sure.

    Your state abides federal law, and does not sell any beverage with alcohol in it to those under 21. Though some states, allow consumption at 18, they still do not allow purchase. Yours is not one of those states.

    Everyone I know here is also legal to buy beer and wine. I go to bars all
    the time and buy beer. I've been to many different stores all around in the
    city of Charlotte. I know if your under the age of 21 you can't legally buy
    hard spirits.

    I really don't care what you say anymore at this point. Agree or disagree I
    know I'm legally right.
