I agree with you 100%. They tossed Terrance and got Don Cheadle (less money). They now have Mickey Rourke (less money) in talks after his outstanding performance in The Wrestler. Marvel is sounding more and more like the major studios everyday.

What a crock. All of a sudden Marvel doesn't have any money to pay Jackson.
They want all these talented folks to be in their movies, but they don't want to share the wealth.

Jackson tends to be in a few low-key films a year as well as the big budget ones as well, so I have a hard time believing Marvel are having an issue with money.

More likely, they’re looking to hire a Caucasian for the job (see my political correctness there… I almost wrote cracker) because there are “certain” fans who didn’t like the single incarnation of a black Nick Fury. I do kind of hope that isn’t the case and I’m not exactly accusing them of this as no one knows for sure, I’m just saying, it’s a possibility.

LOL!! I don’t think Terrence would wanna comeback it would make it look funny in the movie, having him play as Rhodes then be Nick Fury on the second movie? I think that would look just funny. I’m disappointed with this news since I’m looking forward to see this “bad-ass” actor in Iron Man 2. But with all the money issues with our economics today I’m so afraid of what will happen to Avengers in 2011 also it might jack up the price of the movie tickets.
