Rupert Grint Punches People, Has Sex in ‘Cherrybomb’ Trailer
Movie News By Neil Miller on April 6, 2009 | (16) Comments
This trailer might not work out so well for all of those Rupert Grint fansites around the web, populated by millions of howling teenage girls who love their Ron Weasley for the pure, innocent soul that he is. This version of Rupert Grint — as seen in this R-rated teaser reel from his new movie Cherrybomb — is super edgy. He’s got himself in a sexy, dangerous and new hair stylist and its time to let out some teen angst.
Officially, the plot of follows teenagers Luke (Robert Sheehan, A Dublin Story), Malachy (Grint), and Michelle (Kimberley Nizon, Wild Child) as they embark on a wild weekend of drink, drugs, shop-lifting and stealing cars. But what starts out as a game turns deadly serious when the three discover that they can’t get off the wild ride they’ve set in motion.
For more on this “wild ride,” check out the footage below. Cherybomb currently does not have an official release date. Trailer courtesy of Rope of Silicon.
