Rogen to Observe and Report for Duty at SXSW

Observe and Report

We just received a thousand words informing us that Observe and Reportstarring Seth Rogen and Anna Faris is going to be hitting the SXSW Film Festival in Austin in mid-March. Luckily, I’ll be rolling out of bed to attend the festival. And double luckily, the thousand words came in picture form which you can click on to largify:

Largify It!

Obviously, nothing exciting. From the picture alone, it appears that half of the comedy comes from clothes being ill-fitting.

The movie is written and directed by Jody Hill – who we loved from back in the day with The Foot Fist Way. It also stars Ray Liotta, ubiquitous sidekick Aziz Ansari, Patton Oswalt, and some other people who we’ve never heard of before. Of course, the most shocking thing about this film will be to see how Rogen does without the usual band of idiots.

I say that lovingly.

What do you think? Does Rogen in uniform do it for you? Me Neither.

Seeing him with a haircut and clean shaven is VERY odd. I barely recognized him here at
during the Globes last night. He even seems to have lost weight
