Reitman Won’t Give Birth to ‘Juno’ Sequel
Movie News By Cole Abaius on February 14, 2008 | (8) Comments
Despite evidence to the contrary, it appears that Hollywood may have a soul after all.
Our good pals over at /Film are reporting that Jason Reitman will not be giving the world the gift of Juno 2: Teenage Pregnancy Boogaloo. Even though the film has grossed more than most 2007 blockbusters, which /Film conveniently lists, a follow up movie is not in the works.
Turns out that just because it’s a great movie that made execs a ton of money, doesn’t mean that it’s legacy will be ruined by the presence of a shoddily-written, express-made sequel with half the appeal.
Sound Off: Do you think Jason Reitman and crew should go after a sequel to Juno?
