Quaid On Board to Wear Beret for ‘G.I. Joe 2′
Movie News By Cole Abaius on September 21, 2009 | (4) Comments
Buried deep within the bowels of an interview that io9 did with Dennis Quaid (who I’m quickly beginning to see as the unsung hero-star of Sci-Fi) is the crumb of information that if there are plans to do another G.I. Joe: Rise or Fall of the Something or Other, he would love to play Hawk again.
The money quote from Quaid here:
Yeah, if they do one, I’m there.”
And is there really any doubt that there will be another one? The domestic alone is over $146 million.
So using my crystal ball I am able to deduce that this is as good as a casting notice for Hawk for the next film. I know. A serious scoop.
