Pineapple Express Red-Band Trailer Leaked Online

“Dopest dope I ever smoked,” so says James Franco’s Saul, one of the two main characters of the Judd Apatow-produced, David Gordon Green-directed Pineapple Express. That line pretty much sums it up, a normal dude (Seth Rogen) and his pot dealer (Franco) smoke some great green and end up on the run. Who is chasing them? Gary Cole. You read that right.
Today we get a great look at Cole, Rogen and Franco in the red-band trailer for the film which has leaked its way online. Take a look below. Pineapple Express hits theaters on August 8, 2008.

Rosie Perez dukin’ it out with James Franco?!? THAT should be funny! The long and the short of it! HA! Otherwise, I have to say I REJECT the potty-mouth spout-offs in this one. I’ll wait for the edited TV version, thank you! (JMO)

that made me laugh, especially kicking the window, not something you see everyday. i think it will go overboard at times but be a fun ride.

I saw a test screening of “Pineapple Express”, last year and I must say you guys are in for a treat ! I’m already calling this a cult film :)

This looks like a gut-busting movie. I am a lifer green smoker (only headies); I can relate to this movie very well. Perfect actors casted for this movie. Franco always looks buzzed anyway. Can’t wait. I will be just like them when I go see it at the big screens-buzzed up!
