I guess I'm not shocked that TDK was snubbed for pest picture. Whatever… I say we all boycott this year and go watch TDK that night. LOL We all know Heath is going to win anyways, so that was really all I wanted to watch. Although, I must give props to In Bruges. That movie was very entertaining and extremely overlooked IMHO. I guess I'm just a big fan of dialogue.

And what about Let the Right One In?!?! I mean WTF?

It would be good for the Oscars to get the lowest ratings ever. Maybe that will help smack some sense into them.

Of course not. But it IS safe to assume that if The Wrestler was given a wide release, it WOULD have made more money than it had with it's limited run. More theaters, access to more people. Simple logic.

I'm surprised Clint and Gran Troino got snubbed, considering the great reviews the film is pulling in. Not really shocked TDK didn't get a best pic nod; The Academy probably figures since the movie made a jillion bucks, why do they need an Oscar?
At least Brangelina will be in the front row for the ceremony. I'm sure they'll have two or three cameras trained on them all night.
