This could have been one of the worst martial arts movies I have seen before. Unfortunately for me not paying attention I was under the impression that I had rented “ninja assassin” I was sorely mistaken. Scott Adkins had some impressive moves its unfortunate that his talent is overshadowed by this miscarriage of cinema. Issac Florentine made a 1980's cheesy action movie 20 years too late. I pity his mom and dad for his trust fund that is financing these “projects” because I don't know who else would read that script (if they could even finish it) and even invest one cent. I am a huge fan of action movies all across the spectrum of epic to ridiculous, so to conclude I will put “Ninja” in pandoras box along with the Earnest Goes To Camp/prison/what ever else he did, to never be seen by these eyes again.

This is cool! It's a Ninja flick with a B-movie grade that will probably go straight to DVD. It would be awesome if this flick DOES get a theatrical release. This will put director Isaac Florentine on the map and give Scott Adkins the attention he deserves! Florentine has worked with Van Damme before on last year's “The Shepherd: Border Patrol” which was one of Van Damme's better recent straight-to-DVD flicks!!

Finally!I have waited for this for a long time!!Scott Adkins!What can you say about the man,except one in a million!Very talented martial artist and an actor!A huge star in my eyes and a replacement for all those action movie stars we all liked during the years we grow up,and watched their movies on the screen!Can`t wait for The Tournament and Undisputed 3!Ninja rocks!

You guys are fucking retarded, this looks badass. It's not trying to win any Oscars here. It is a straight up action film and nothing more, except the obligatory romance side story.

This seems so Japanese to me, like 90's Japanese action flicks. Or even early 2000's Korean action movies. You can tell that the director is a fan of Asian action movies, or he at least did his research. Even if this bombs at the box office, this will definitely have a cult following.

You can see why he was a stunt double for Ryan Reynolds, they look a lot alike. Anyway this movie has guilty pleasure written all over it. It looks gimmicky and the CGI blood is lame, but I'll admit it, I'll watch it.

A goofy looking white guy who learns mystical Asian fighting style and saves the world while managing to sleep with a submissive Asian woman.

Let's see. Only thing I didn't see in the trailer was a frail old Asian man named Mr. Miyagi, an asexual Asian villain who the white guy decapitates in the final scene, and exotic oriental gongs and sound track with shots of Buddhist temples and shrines thrown in for good measure.

This movie has EPIC FAIL written all over. Can we move on from tired racial cliches already? We have a black President who was raised in Indonesia for Godsakes!
