New York, I Love You Trailer Really Digs The Big Apple
Movie News By Neil Miller on August 10, 2009 | (5) Comments
The full-length trailer for the upcoming compilation piece New York, I Love You has hit the web this week. And whether we like it or not, this New York lovefest is happening. It is happening with some slick shots of one of the world’s greatest cities. It is happening with a long list of names leading the way. And if it comes out anything remotely close to Paris, je T’aime, it will happen with some serious quality.
The film is an anthology film, joining several love stories all set in New York. It will combine the directorial talents of Fatih Akin, Yvan Attal, Allen Hughes, Shunji Iwai, Wen Jiang, Shekhar Kapur, Joshua Marston, Mira Nair, Natalie Portman, and Brett Ratner. Personally, I’m looking forward to seeing how this comes out, as I enjoyed Paris, je T’aime. Check out the trailer below and let me know what you think.
New York, I Love You will hit theaters on October 16, 2009.
