Am I the only one who thinks that little big planet is too closely related to this? Small burlap sack-material people, and just how they get around. 9 has to use the world around him to protect him from the huge dog things, and sac man interacts with nearly everything to get through levels.

Too closely related!

I read about 9 on Wikipedia a couple times, but updates were few and far between. The preview looks awesome, a Lord of the Rings with sack-guys kinda thing. And +10 on the Coheed and Cambria.

I first saw and fell in love with the short film almost a year ago and when I heard it was being made into a feature film I was kinda worried but this trailer was too fantastic to be worried any longer. I can't wait for this.

Very interesting and unique take on the standard end of the world drama's. Should be a good film if the trailor is even half as good as the movie.

I heard about the flick. Burton was working on a new process to follow up stop animation as in TNBC. Adding to the creep factor with the vocies of Martin, Christopher and Crispin. This movie will rule the box office come 9/9/09.

Thanks for the heads up rejects! This one has certainly slipped under the radar- not for long from the looks of it. Very cool. Would be awesome in IMAX 3-D...
