Posted by Robert Fure (robert@filmschoolrejects.com) on March 12, 2008

Word on the street is that the next installment of the Terminator series, to be directed by McG, has abandoned its previously held title Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins and is currently being called Untitled. Surely, that will change.

The film is still aiming for a May 22, 2009 release and will star Christian Bale as John Connor and Sam Worthington as a new character. This installment takes place in the future and will be told over a three movie arc highlighting John Connor’s war against the machines.

Stay tuned for updates and hit back below with your thoughts on abandoning this long winded title.
