Al Pacino and Robert De Niro in Righteous Kill

Earlier this month we gave you a look at the first trailer for the upcoming Robert De Niro / Al Pacino cop drama Righteous Kill and at that point we were all pretty much sold on the film. It stars Al and Bobby as two cops who find themselves caught up in catching a killer that always seems to knock off the worst kinds of people.

In this new trailer, that we’ve received from Overture Films (I checked all over and I couldn’t find anyone else who is running this trailer yet), you will see that this film has layers of badassery that have yet to be uncovered. John Leguizamo makes an appearance, as does the immensely sexy Carla Gugino. It isn’t the best quality video, as we didn’t get a high definition source file to work with, but I don’t think that will stop you from getting very excited about this film.

Righteous Kill is being produced and directed by John Avnet, who also directed the other Al Pacino drama 88 Minutes, due out in April. Kill is being distributed by Overture Films and Millenium Films with a September 12, 2008 release date. For more, check out RighteousKill-TheMovie.com.
