One thing should be understood about this production "Avatar: The Last Airbender" was the name of the cartoon only, M. Night Shyamalan's The Last of the Airbenders was put into production after James Cameron's Avitar movie was well into production, and Paramount to avoid confusion with Mr. Cameron's movie has never promoted M. Night's movie as Avatar, which it was probably determined to not have much of a potential effect on the success of the movie because anyone familiar with the show would recognize the title as "The Last of the Airbenders" as much as "Avatar: The Last Airbender"<br><a href="http://veterinaryhospitalrockwall.com/" rel="nofollow">veterinary hospital</a>

If they transfer the source material over to the movie without changing too many of the original characters and theme then this one looks to be a winner. I was impressed with the mini preview I caught about a month ago in theaters.

Why do they continue to let M. Night Shyamalan continue to write, produce, and direct. I believe he is an awesome director but I think he tries to do to much. Case and point The Happening. I guess he has done that with pretty much every movie he has made but I guess when it doesn't work it really doesn't work.

I completely agree. These posters are great. I love the Zuko poster. He just looks menacing without being the archetypal nemesis. Having seen the original animation (yes animation not anime, it did not come from Japan or other Asian country.) and loving it, I am really excited about this film and whether or not they can bring the same feeling into the live action.
