I don't think this movie is solely focused on The Phantom Menace, nor is it just a one-sided argument. The song is meant to be tongue-in-cheek and the film is going to offer an appreciative look for the the films as well.

Is there something in this movie that I haven't heard consistently for the last 10 years? Certainly doesn't seem like it.

Also, I'm under the impression that if George Lucas raped your childhood by making a shitty movie, then your childhood is completely worthless.
