Morning Announcements: 11.8.06

It is time once again for the Film School Rejects MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS!
Time to wake up, sleepy heads. Here is what that crazy world of film has in store for you today:
Christopher Walken to play Ozzy Osbourne (via JoBlo)
No commentary necessary… That sentence should be enough to tide over your need for a good mid-morning laugh.
Boll to direct Bloodrayne 2 (via AICN)
I agree with Harry Knowles on this one - how can money be spent on shit like this? Seriously! First Uwe Boll is so hurt by his first film getting trashed by critics that he vowes to kick all of their asses - then he wants to make another one? I will volunteer to fight him before this one comes out!
LaBeouf is in pain, but Transformers sound awesome! (via Cinematical)
Shia LaBeouf talked a little Transformers game to press this week, saying that it is “like war” and that he has “never been in that much pain.” This movie sounds sweet!
Downey Jr. talks Iron Man - Geeks tune in! (via Filmstalker)
Robert Downey was an unlikely Iron Man, and fans are anxious to see how things go - but for now he is just talking. But we are listening, Downey!
Darabont blames Lucas - Indy 4 is dead-ish. (via Filmstalker)
Let the blame game begin. All of the “real” reasons why Indiana Jones 4 will not be made (besides the fact that Harrison Ford is like 65 years old…) are starting to come out. This time it is the screenwriter vs. the big man. Look for an execution to follow.
That is all the news for this morning. Drop by tomorrow for more fun!
