From our friends over at Comingsoon.net. The Dark Knight is set to be released on July 18th, so its still a bit far off. Having to face the loss of Heath Ledger while still promoting the film is a difficult task, and hopefully it won’t hinder the success of the film. If anything, it should help to preserve Ledger’s legacy as an actor.

He’s looking pretty serious in those pictures! Hopefully Gotham’s hero won’t be too affected by the sudden loss. I still think that this will be the big movie of the year! Take a look at the new images below.
