Correction, Anna Paquin played the young Jane to Charlotte Gainsborough's grown up version in the 1996 film version. I thank heavens that Ellen Page is no longer attacked to the role, I find her a terrible actress. To bad to play my beloved Jane. I do agree that this film has been made to death, enough already. They are not even waiting ten years between each version anymore, like they do with Jane Austen films. Though the last version, the 2006 tv mini series, did omit a famous scene and put a fresh coat a paint on the story. Charlette Bronte wrote more than one book, make somehting else.
