Megan Fox Goes Sans Robe On the Set of Jonah Hex

Almost a month ago we showed you some totally boring pictures of Megan Fox on the set of Jonah Hex, in which she was wearing a robe over what we could only assume was a very sexy old west hooker costume. Now thanks to the folks over at MovieGab, we have proof that our suspicions were correct. As you can see below, Fox was in fact wearing a very sexy costume. In Hex she plays lays Leila, the gun-toting love interest of the story’s title character (played by Josh Brolin). If you ask me, there needs to be some sort of saloon bar dance in that outfit. Just a thought.

The Jimmy Hayward directed Jonah Hex will hit theaters on August 6, 2010. Check out the images below.

  • Mmmm, sans...
  • all due respect to Mr. Brolin and his success with amazing roles over the last couple of years...but Megan Fox's name is going to sell this movie...so I'm not surprised that we're more interested in seeing pictures of her on set rather than Brolin in Hex makeup...I'm just wondering if this going to be toned down from the original Taylor/Neveldine vision with Horton director Jimmy Hayward helming.....to the point of a wimpy version of the violent comic

  • As a fan of Jonah Hex, I'm way more psyched about Brolin. Let's face it - Megan Fox is hot as shit, but other than that, there's nothing all that special. There are, literally, 10,000 hot women in LA who could play her part.

Also, I'm happy as hell "neveldine/taylor" is (are?) no longer directing. They only have two movies. Strike that. They have the same movie twice. They have yet to prove they can do anything other than strap on roller blades, flip the video (not film) camera into a artificially high frame rate. The exact opposite approach to what a western should be.
  • well any chance of a bloody western is gone with them....it's going to be a tough talkie instead...I'm sure it's going to lose any sort of edge...why hire a guy who directed a Dr. Seuss film to make a violent western?..doesn't that sound sketchy to you?...

when it comes to Fox yes she's just a good looking girl, mostly because we really haven't seen her act in anything yet...I'm not a massive Hope and Faith fan so I never saw her television work...the meager lines she got in Transformers is not enough to condemn her, Bay can't direct a coconut to save his life...the man directs explosions, car chases and robots..not actors...you never know she could end up a decent actress, stranger things have happened...just because she's good looking doesn't mean she can't have talent...
  • Sir you have tossed down the gauntlet and I accept! You and I must come to blows over this, friend.

Have you checked out Jimmy Haywad? Sure, he's animation guy, but he was an animation guy for Pixar. There are plenty of people who start off in whatever area they can to make money and cut their teeth and then go make the movies they want. Case in point: James Gunn. His big break came from Scooby-Doo and Scooby-Doo 2, he then went on to make Slither.

As for Fox, she has been in enough stuff for us to know she's there for her looks, not her acting resume.

Your insult to Bay, good sir, is what shall bring us to blows. Everyone that works with Michael Bay loves him. But your coconut analogy is good. Bay can't direct a coconut, because a coconut is lifeless and just sits there looking like it does, much like a pretty but lame actor.
  • well besides the Crank movies...at least the trailer for Game looked visually stunning and little more coherent... Slither was fun but wasn't something I'd watch again..I can't comment on either Gunn or Haywad since they have limited film credits as directors...I don't know when everyone started looking at Pixar as some holy grail of fine film making...they make kiddie movies, sorry to point that fact out....it's animation while it can be entertaining it's mainly made for children...would you want the man behind the Wiggles directing a Predator movie? they don't make Fritz the Cat or Heavy Metal type films, if they did then I wouldn't have an issue of Haywad taking on violent material ...the fact they've only worked on comedies is another issue...

I never said that Bay wasn't a good guy....he just doesn't create interesting characters in his films.. I can't remember one good female character he's ever developed in his films...I mean his films are enjoyable to a point after the 10th time it's just the same highway chase used in Bad Boys 2, then used in The Island, then yet used again in Transformers....it's a given I enjoy the blowin' up of things as the next person but don't wax poetic about a man who makes mindless films about explosions...

I'm not going to defend Fox because really it's a waste of breathe....I'm actually surprised Brolin is even doing a superhero film, did you ever think he'd ever topline one?
  • If only she had a whip.
  • Goood goood ideaaaa!!!!
  • what happened to Thomas Jane as Hex?
