McG to Direct Terminator 4

post-mcg.jpgSorry to burst your bubble, but there’s been no word that Terminator 4 will be a musical. But at this point, it wouldn’t surprise me. Almost every T4 rumor that’s hit the ‘Net has left me asking, “WAAAH?” First, there was word from ComingSoon.net that some Dutch male supermodel might play the villain.

Next, Moviehole told us indie poster girl Chlo« Sevigny is among those vying for the female lead along with Rachel Weisz.

And now, CHUD.com brings us the latest head-scratcher. CHUD reports McG is in talks to direct the film.

You know McG, doncha? He’s the man behind the Charlie’s Angels flicks.

If I didn’t know any better, I’d say T4 had the makings of one fine chick flick. Now if only they could convince Cameron Diaz to dance around a little in her underoos.
