I feel like such an idiot. Every time I've heard of 'the informant' starring matt damon, I didn't read because I thought it was just another thriller. This looks awesome.

You are right…for me his films have been hit or miss. Though I did like the “Oceans” films…and “Out of Sight” was great. Let keep our fingers crossed!

I first heard this story on NPR's This American Life and it was hilarious and captivating even then. Damon in comedy mode is great… remember his duet with Sarah Silverman? Supporting cast looks solid too with some unexpected faces in there. The only real wild card here is this Soderbergh guy…

I'm not sure how, but this is the first I've heard of this film. I think this looks to be a good flick. They may have showed us a little too much in the trailer, but what movies don't anymore? I have to say that Damon has really surprised me since Good Will Hunting. Don't get me wrong, I thought he was good in that, but he really has a broad spectrum of roles now. Kudos to him.
