For the reasons stated above, and also for the fact that Spidey 3 wasn't very well reviewed at all. This one I think will bring out (as you said) the freak show factor, as well as people who enjoy a good movie, superhero or not. Plus, you've got the folks who wanna be involved in water cooler discussion come Monday morning. I'm predicting 175 million. While that may be extremely insane to think that (believe me, I'm not even close to being an expert on box office takes), I think the potential is there where with Spider-Man 3, it wasn't.
