Lindsay Lohan

Former working actress Lindsay Lohan is all set to strap on her acting uniform again. The screen legend, probably best known for showing her dedication to the craft by cloning herself for The Parent Trap and subsequently murdering the clone after wrapping, will hop on the silver screen soon in the forthcoming comedy Labor Pains which starts filming on Monday.

Seeming to mirror its main actress, the project had its own ups and downs – mostly related to a lack of development funds, late night partying, and the script flashing its white bits to the paparazzi.

According to Variety, Lohan’s character will fake a pregnancy to keep her boss from firing her from the publishing house she works at. Alongside her are the always-hilarious Chris Parnell and Cheryl Hines.

If you’re thinking this thing is already going to flop, and you are, keep in mind that the producer of Gangs of New York and The Departed is guiding it along. That’s right, one of the producers of Gangs of New York and The Departed is overseeing a Linsay Lohan movie about faking a pregnancy.

That helps its case, right? Right?

Labor Pains will be in theaters at some point unless Lohan gets fired from it, too. We’ll keep an eye on it for little more reason than Neil likes an excuse to troll for Lohan pics on the interweb.
