Variety is reporting today that New Line has purchased the rights to a female-driven comedy pitch called What Was I Thinking? with producer Lynda Obst (How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days) and stars Leslie Mann and Elizabeth Banks attached. The film will be based on a book of the same name by Barbara Davilman and Liz Dubelman, which follows the comedic adventures of four girlfriends who take a hedonistic ski trip after one of them gets dumped.

  • I don't know... with those two saucy ladies attached this could easily go the Apatow raunch route. Like 40 Year Old Virgin meets Sex In the City meets Hangover. I'm in.
