i hope not leo dicaprio as captain america he just cant pull it off. he is a good actor but just not right for the part. as for brad pitt i could maybe see him wouldnt be my first choice but would be a better choice than leonardo and mathew mccounahey that would be really bad he is a really bad actor just would work marvel maybe should stop looking at a-list actors and look into people who will actually make the character believable

As a huge Captain America fan, I would hope DiCaprio could take up the mantle, especially as Brad Pitt just doesn’t seem right for it. He’s too smug and always comes off at least slightly arrogant. He could make a good Thor I suspect.

As a geek note, the picture of Captain America you have at the top of this page is actually Bucky Barnes (formerly Cap’s side kick and the Winter Soldier) as Captain America after Steve Rogers dies at the end of Civil War. Easy mistake to make, but critical if you follow the comics.

America film and the Avengers film will be shot simultaneously

DiCaprio is one of the finest actors… sure, he woud make a
good Captain America.

As for getting all the big name stars back together for the
Avengers film, sure it can be done, and cost effectively
also… Real actors who believe in the project that they are
doing will do it for whatever amount. They will take the
temporary cut in pay and still do the project if they are
committed to their characters.
