Lena Headey Joins Ridley Scott’s Tell-Tale

Gorgeous up-and-comer Lena Headey from “The Sarah Conner Chronicles” and 300 is the latest gem to join with producer Ridley Scott for his new thriller about a heart transplant patient desperately searching for his donor’s killer.
The film is a modern adaptation of Poe’s seminal work. Although, it sounds from the plot outline that it’s only loosely based. Either that, or Scott may have some really cool twists in store for us.
Headey will make a great addition, joining Josh Lucas (Glory Road) and the iconic Brian Cox. Scott, who will be producing, has tapped ‘Dexter’ director Michael Cuesta to helm the project, which means it could be incredible. Cuesta directed some of the final episodes of the first season of the show, so a project like this looks right up his blood-stained, dark alley.
All in all, this flick has a lot for audiences to get excited about, and it could some strong, newer talent into a brighter spotlight. Shooting will begin this month in Rhode Island, but the film doesn’t have a release date yet.
