When I saw this trailer today, attached to District 9, I turned to my friend, looked at him in the eyes, and with a great big smile, said, “I FUCKING LOVE MOVIES.” Because That's that this trailer did to me. Yes, in the back of my head, I kept hearing “haven't I seen this before?” but I didn't care, because the trailer was so action-packed and badass, I completely forgot about it.

I don't see what's so generic about the setup, but I agree the trailer looks pretty damn sweet. I like the ambiguity about Butler's character too… do we cheer him on or hope someone stops him? And Gray also made the very under-appreciated 'The Negotiator' so I'm definitely looking forward to this one.
