I love Aja, he reached a captivating social justice metaphor with The Hills Have Eyes remake. I also enjoyed the sexual fantasy that was Haute Tension, but as soon as I saw the Mirrors trailer I was immediately repelled from the film. I had no clue at the time that it was helmed by Aja and now that I do, I too share a secret longing that it will be great. But I am not naive, the trailer looks awful. Whatever happened to Piranha? I love killer fish stories.
