It has nothing to do with puritanical forces censoring anyone. The American media is playing it politically correct like the American media pretty much always does. If you let Kathy Griffin do her thing, and throw hissy fits when Ann Coulter does hers, you’re just another hypocrite. This is America. The powers that be will do what they want, when they want, to whomever they want.
