In my opinion, the character of the terminator still needs to maintain some sort of threatening physical appearance, especially in the time frame of this film where the technology of Skynet is still developing & growing but has not yet achieved the level it reached in T3. I don’t normally respond on these sites, but I do have to say I think the very best person to play the part of the “skinned terminator” in this new film would be Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
