New Harry Potter 6 posters

The lovely folks over at BadTaste.it, hailing from the wine soaked land of Italy, sent over a look at three brand new posters for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince this afternoon for your viewing pleasure. It almost feels as if Potter 6 is getting lost a bit due to its major release date change, does it not? My first reaction today when these arrived in my inbox was — wait, that is still coming out? Sure enough it is and I’m sure that we will all head out to see it. I for one cannot resist the charm of Emma Watson. See the three new posters below.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince hits theaters on July 17, 2009.

  • the posters are fucking sweet.... I can't believe we have to wait so long for the movie to come out, ugh.
  • Wait, let me guess the story of this Harry Potter movie, Harry finds out something about about (insert villian here) tries to tell everyone, no one believes him, they try to throw him out of Hogwarts and in the end he is right so they finally help him and defeat (insert villian here).
  • DARKIRONPOTTER
    no that's not it
everyone knows that the villain (Voldemort) is at large
this movie has a light story
Harry just learns the villain's past, and in the end there's a sweet battle sequence
  • Hmm, after more than 4 movies I find that hard to believe.
  • DARKIRONPOTTER
    dude, i'm a fanatic
    believe me
im freaking serious, and you didn't watch the fifth film, Order of the Phoenix? 'Cuz this is the sixth.
  • Yep I gave up on them after the second movie due to the stories being the same formula. I never liked movies where people go against their nature simply because it makes the plot line fit.
