Some of the casting still needs explanation. Ray Stevenson as Volstagg is not a good choice when you have actors like Brandon Gleeson who would have been perfect. As for Hogun, He could be explained as a once traveling Mongol Warrior who traveled to Scandinavia on a quest and met the other warriors when they got swept into the dimensional drift into Asgard. As far as Heimdall, a similar thing can bee explained that he originally came from North Africa or Ancient Sumeria before becoming who he is.

THIS IS AN AWSOME CAST! Brannaugh is really putting together a great ensemble for this project. I just hope that the script holds up its end of the deal and delivers another great comic movie in the vein of IRONMAN and TDK.
