l love Gondry. His part of Tokyo! is surreal, but humane(and funny as hell). Its like Kafka on film(but, again, funnier).

The Tokyo! DVD drops June 30th (i think). You can pre-order and catch the trailer on the official website.

I think Michel Gondry has a fine use of color and this could be made as more of an homage to comic books and superhero shows of the 1960s

i thought both be kind rewind and science of sleep were really good and i really like seth rogen but the two together in a superhero movie is hard to get my head around. it will definitely be interesting, im excited

Interesting news maybe, but I don't think it's good news. Eternal Sunshine is one of my five favorite films, but Be Kind Rewind and Science of Sleep were both artsy, slow-moving failures. I will be curious to see a Gondry "action" scene though…
