With election season in full swing, it’s no surprise when news of someone ‘clarifying’ a statement hits the fan. So who is it this week? Mike Huckabee explaining he was anti-AIDS victims before he was pro-AIDS victims? Hillary Clinton claiming she was against the war before she went pro-anti-the war? Oprah Winfrey explaining she’s not Barack Obama?
Nope! It’s our very own Katherine Heigl, switching her PR machine into reverse and backing over her statements to Vanity Fair. Cinematical is reporting that Heigl is coloring over her negative comments about Knocked Up with rose colored crayons.
We couldn’t be happier that DC tactics are now in lovely LA. With just a clarifying phone call, what was once “a little sexist” is now “the best filming experience of my career”! Viola! Crisis averted! Now, can we all go back to watching Grey’s Anatomy with the sound off, please?
Talking Points: Are you still in love with Katherine Heigl?
