Your review is not much of one. Usually when going into these types of movies i am never expecting any kind of message and i do not think that any normal person would. this movie was just a normal mean nothing movie that is good to pass the time by having a few laughs. i do not like the fact that you insinuate that only stoners really enjoy this movie, i liked both movies and i have never done any drugs what so ever. also your review is filled with many errors. George Bush makes no cameo it is just an actor and they never board a train in the movie. next time i would hope that you would put a little more effort in a review instead of just bashing on people while trying to come off as smart. when comparing this movie to others of its type i believe that this movie was pretty good. you can’t compare this movie to other huge blockbuster movies because this movie doesn’t fall under the same category as other types that are trying to send a message and win awards.

Now that you mention it, I think it would be funnier to watch uncomfortable couples on their first dates watch this movie than watch the actual movie itself…

Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle made more sense than Guantanamo Bay. The 9/11 plot line of the new movie doesn’t fit with the action. The race relations subplot of the first movie dragged down the laughter slightly. But rather than reduce the number of references or keep it the same, they go overboard. Guantanamo Bay had enough scenes to keep me from leaving, but its not a cult classic.

You should have mentioned this is not a date movie. Lots of computer engineers were taking their girlfriends to see it at the theater I saw it. It’s quite funny to different halves of the audience go quiet during the nudity scenes.
