Michel Gondry and Son to Make a Film Together

Michel Gondry is teaming up with another Gondry for his next project – his son. At only sixteen, Paul Gondry is going to see his concepts come to life on the big screen through the eyes of his father and the pen of Daniel Clowes – who caught critical acclaim for Ghost World and critical malaise for Art School Confidential.

Our friends over at Slashfilm were lucky enough to get a few words with Gondry (the older one) about his son’s vision and what the film is going to look like.

Does it feature a world where hair is the main energy source? Of course it does. The nut doesn’t fall too far from the Gondry tree.

    let's just hope it's better than sharboy and lavagirl and lady in the water....father/son movies generally don't turn out too well...
