Get to Know Tugg Speedman, Star of Tropic Thunder

The online blitz of tongue and cheek advertising for Paramount’s Tropic Thunder continues this morning with a look at the film’s big time action hero Tugg Speedman (Ben Stiller). Speedman’s official website, which includes links to his favorite charity (above), his filmography and a very in-depth bio. Did you know that in high school, Speedman’s athletic ability ‘off and off the field’ gave him a newfound popularity and sense of self as he climbed the ranks as a male mascot/cheerleader? Very interesting.

The release of TuggSpeedman.com comes on the heels of the launching of RainofMadness.com, a website dedicated to the documentary that was made about Tropic Thunder. For more on that, have a look at the recently released trailer for Rain of Madness.
