Not so sure about the whole stopping the Corvette and then launching yourself off the edge of a cliff and then hanging on and climbing back up, but otherwise…. BOOO-YAAH!

This looks very good. It appears to be a real departure from the static plodding feel of previous Star Trek films. It looks like Abrams has released the characters from the time capsule they’ve been trapped in and brought them up to speed, made them modern. Star Trek may have always been set in the future but it has been trapped in the past movie making wise.
Looks like this could revive the entire Enterprise.

Did you call Quantum of Solace “fun”? Dear god. Dear, dear god. I agree with Dan, this trailer was about 10 times better than that movie.

So Kirk was a delinquent, Spock is emotional & aggressive, Uhara can’t keep her clothes on and Scotty seems ever-so-slightly insane… but theres some original sound effects folks!

but putting the canon down for a moment, that was sure one hell of a trailer, the kid in me can’t wait…
