First Look: Hayden Panettiere in I Love You Beth Cooper

When she is in Hollywood, I would imagine that it doesn’t take much for the likes of Hayden Panettiere to casually avoid the geeky “Hereos” fans that would love to smother her with drool and fanboyism. But in her upcoming film I Love You Beth Cooper, Hayden will intentionally be subjecting herself to such rigorous torture, playing a popular high school cheerleader who is called out by a huge geek (played by Paul Rust) in his Valedictorian speech. As you can imagine, some shenanigans ensue.

The photo below is a first look at Panettiere and Rust from the film, which is being directed by Chris Columbus (Home Alone, Christmas with the Kranks). Production is currently underway in Vancouver, BC.

I Love You Beth Cooper does not yet have a release date, but will probably hit theaters by the end of the year.
